Coach Destiny’s former student Michael Udebuluzor, who has assisted in coaching at our school, has signed his first professional contract with FC Inglostadt in Germany. We cannot express how proud we are of Michael’s immense achievement, and we trust that Michael will showcase his talents in the Bundesliga in no time!
We hope that our students will be inspired by Michael. Coach Destiny, Michael’s first soccer coach in his life, would like to encourage all of us to never doubt our potential and keep on striving towards our dream

Coming from 14 different countries, our strong coaching and administrative team emphasises DEVELOP WITH PASSION as our core value, and we yearn to nurture students according to the following principles: GLOBAL MINDSET X SPORTSMANSHIP X LEADERSHIP. For this reason, we provide workshops , on site training to introduce our coaches to various coaching theory and techniques. Meanwhile we also provide opportunities to advance their careers at YTFT (e.g. to plan lessons, organize tournaments, lead teams in competitions, and manage operations), such that every coaches have clear direction to perform above and beyond the call of duty.
FULL TIME / PART TIME COACHES WANTED
Young Talent Football Team is searching for motivated and committed coaching talents who can contribute towards maintaining our rigorous standards. At the moment, we are on the hunt for a LEAD COACH and an ASSISTANT COACH for our PRIMARY, KINDERGARTEN and TODDLERS age group.
We are actively seeking coaches who are passionate, willing to learn, and able to communicate effectively with children. We would prefer coaches who are articulate and fluent in the English language.
If you have experience in coaching PRIMARY/ KINDERGARTEN/ TODDLERS -age children, please do not hesitate to contact us. It is imperative that you possess the ability and desire to motivate these young children in a holistic manner - we expect our coaches to be able to build rapport with our kindergarten students, and lead them onto a right path for their personal development as young leaders.
